My work and therapy style

As life unfolds, we face challenges that profoundly affect us. My aim is to create a collaborative, non-judgmental space where clients can explore empowerment and meaningful change.

I've worked extensively with clients dealing with identity issues, complex trauma, depression, and anxiety and what is paramount to me is building strong therapeutic connections to foster growth.

I blend Eastern and Western philosophies on mental health to foster personal growth. Combining these approaches, I understand challenges with greater depth, and help you find ways to improve your life. My goal is to guide you in self-reflection, increasing awareness and finding solutions together. Using mindfulness and trauma-informed care, I help you move forward.

Each individual is unique, and through an interdisciplinary approach I aim to collaboratively work with clients to find the pathway to progress that best fits individualized needs.

Out of Office

Life outside of my work.

Outside of the office you will find me practicing a restorative yoga flow, reading a good book, on a hike in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, or enjoying a delicious cup of coffee.

I have a strong desire to consistently learn from others, within and outside of the therapy space, and I treasure my intimate relationships with loved ones.

I aim to continually share the wealth of knowledge that I have accumulated from my education, research, life experience, and the phenomenal mentors who have invested their time in me.

I am living each day with the intention to establish a deeper connection with myself and guiding others along that same journey.
