BIPOC Mental Health Summit — In partnership with Glow Up Counseling and Consulting

Charan sat on a panel with other mental health experts in Colorado discussing the importance of mental health and diving into: the causes of mental health challenges, unique challenges experienced by BIPOC communities, and common barriers to seeking mental health support.

Becoming a Socially Responsible Provider - In partnership with the Michigan Counseling Association

Charan presented to members of MCA at its annual conference in which he advocated for the support of marginalized communities by providing clinicians with a practical guide to socially responsible strategies when implementing therapeutic interventions.

Employee Impact Day at Compass

As a part of Employee Impact Day at Compass Colorado, Charan guided employees through an value oriented goal setting engagement. Charan highlighted neuroscience, our core values, and mindfulness — in aims to give participants an opportunity to accomplish their goals and visions, within and outside of the workplace.

Creating Space at Bold Flow Yoga

Charan was invited to support Bold Flow Yoga by creating an inclusive space to have powerful conversations and facilitated dialogue on collective trauma experienced. Charan collaborated with staff and trainees at Bold Flow to integrate a person centered, and trauma informed philosophy into the organizations teaching and training structure.

Workplace Equity @ WeWork

Charan was invited to speak as a panelist at WeWork to discuss the psychological impacts of equitable workspaces and how to effectively empower employees

Proud and Present at lululemon

Charan was invited to speak at lululemon for their Pride and Present Social centralized on LGBTQIA+ experiences. Through storytelling, empathy, and compassionate listening — this event fosters an inclusive space for people to learn more about how to show up authentically as themselves within an ever-changing world.
